We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator to join our team. What You'll Do As a Recruiting & Onboarding Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the full-cycle recruiting process for company-wide hiring needs.

Responsibilities include:

Create, post, and maintain job advertisements across multiple recruiting platforms. Source and engage candidates to build talent pipelines for current and future openings. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct initial candidate screenings and evaluations. Attend recruiting events and engage with potential applicants and community partners. Maintain timely communication with applicants throughout the hiring process. Support onboarding activities and partner with Human Resources to ensure a smooth new hire experience. Process new hire paperwork and maintain accurate employee records. Enter and maintain recruiting data within applicant tracking systems and HR databases. Track recruiting metrics and assist with reporting and data analysis. Provide administrative support to the recruiting and HR teams as needed. Ensure compliance with company hiring practices and employment policies. Qualifications 1+ year of recruiting, staffing, human resources, talent acquisition, or high-volume hiring experience preferred. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally. Bilingual skills are a plus, Spanish preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree+ preferred. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay of $28-30.00 per hour.
