We're looking for a reliable, organized and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our company. This position will work closely with the HR department to support recruiting, employee administration, onboarding and oversee daily office operations. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in Human Resources and recruiting, while supporting a wide range of HR activities.
What You'll Do:
Assist with recruiting by sourcing qualified candidates through job boards, social media, employee referrals, and other recruiting platforms
Update and maintain job postings on company websites and recruiting platforms
Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to evaluate candidate qualifications
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers
Conduct employment reference checks
Assist with the employee onboarding process and related pre-employment requirements
Attend monthly safety meetings and maintain attendance records
Answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department or employee
Assist with employee communications, office functions, and other HR-related projects as needed
Other duties as assigned
What We're Looking For:
Minimum of two years of administrative experience
Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
Previous experience in Human Resources, recruiting or talent acquisition is a plus
Ability to work independently, prioritize work and manage time effectively
Must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Professional demeanor, along with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, customers, vendors and other employees of the organization, which requires excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
Location:
Temporarily based in Wauwatosa, WI (moving to Glendale, WI upon completion of renovations)
