We're growing, and we're looking for an upbeat, organized, peoplefocused Human Resources Coordinator to help us recruit and support the compassionate professionals who make our care exceptional. About the Role The Human Resources Coordinator supports daytoday HR operations for our home healthcare organization, ensuring smooth staffing, compliance, and employee experience across clinical and administrative teams. This role manages recruitment workflows, onboarding, credentialing, employee records, and HR communications while maintaining strict adherence to healthcare regulations and agency policies. Key Responsibilities RecruitmentHiring Coordinate full-cycle recruitment. Post job openings, screen applicants, schedule interviews, and support hiring managers. Manage background checks, reference checks, and pre-employment requirements. OnboardingCredentialing Facilitate new hire onboarding, orientation, and training schedules. Track and maintain employee credentials, licenses, certifications, TB tests, CPR, and continuing education. Ensure compliance with state and federal home healthcare regulations. Employee RecordsHR Administration Maintain accurate and confidential employee files in accordance with HIPAA and company standards. Process HR documentation including status changes, disciplinary forms, and performance evaluations. Employee RelationsSupport Serve as a point of contact for employee questions regarding policies, benefits, and procedures. Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and retention efforts. Help resolve minor workplace issues and escalate concerns appropriately. CompliancePolicy Management Ensure adherence to home healthcare regulatory requirements. Assist with audits, surveys, and compliance reviews. Assist with HR policies, procedures, and handbook updates. SchedulingOperational Support Collaborate with scheduling and clinical teams to ensure staffing needs are met. Support workforce planning and coverage for client visits. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. 1-3 years of HR experience; healthcare or home healthcare experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of healthcare compliance standards. Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency with HRIS and ATS systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
