POSITION SUMMARY

Are you looking to build your resume with professional experience and have fun at the same time? Look no further! The Recruiting Coordinator will be responsible for supporting Snowshoe's hiring process and ensuring a positive experience for each candidate. Snowshoe's Recruiting team engages in a combination of direct and indirect hiring and supports hiring managers and leadership through operational processes, transactional tasks, discovery calls, and consistent communication. This position has a tentative start date of 8/1/2026 and will support ramp up for Snowshoe's 52nd ski season and beyond!

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Domestic Recruiting Screen, route, and process new applications. Conduct discovery calls, extend offers, and coordinate housing with candidates for direct hire positions. Communicate professionally and in a timely fashion with applicants. Create and post new job opportunities.\nAssist with the onboarding process and new hire process. International Recruiting Help coordinate the logistics for international employee arrivals. Assist with international transport - arrival, medical transport, departure, cultural trips, Social Security trips, etc. Serve as a support liaison for international workers during their employment.\nCoordinate and schedule cultural trips for J1 students. Administrative Maintain accurate notes and tracking of candidates through the recruiting processes and Workforce Plans. Create a high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience with a focus on exceptional service. Stay current on technical recruiting knowledge and industry trends and comply with all federal, state, and local laws. Maintain confidentiality regarding all employees, applicants, and HR business.\nIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement initiatives within recruiting - propose solutions and ideas to find more efficient ways to deliver HR support.

REQUIRED

High School diploma or GED. Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.\nWillingness to travel (day or overnight) as needed.

PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED

College degree, preferably in HR or Business. 1-2 years' experience in the outdoor industry (bonus points if within the ski industry). 1 year of experience in recruiting.
