In this fast-paced, mission-driven role, you'll screen applicants, manage job postings, and coordinate high-volume driver recruiting campaigns. You'll use data and ATS/CRM tools to track leads, communicate with carriers, and optimize response times while delivering reliable, responsive support that improves hiring outcomes across the transportation industry.
