Job Description

Onsite Supervisor -
Chino Branch Position Overview:
The Onsite Supervisor serves as the primary point of contact between the client, employees, and Partners Personnel. This role is responsible for overseeing daily workforce operations across four client buildings , ensuring attendance, productivity, safety compliance, and exceptional customer service while maintaining strong client and employee relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily attendance, employee check-in/check-out, and staffing levels. Coordinate employee placements and assignments based on production demands. Conduct shift start-up meetings and communicate daily expectations. Recruit, source, screen, onboard, and orient new employees. Monitor employee performance, productivity, and quality throughout the shift. Address attendance issues, call-offs, and arrange replacement associates as needed. Perform safety walkthroughs and assist with injury reporting and compliance. Maintain accurate headcount and workforce reporting. Review and verify payroll, timesheets, and daily operational reports. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and employees to support retention and operational success.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of staffing, recruiting, onsite, or workforce management experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Experience with attendance tracking, payroll processes, and employee relations.

Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$23.00 - $25.00 per hour
