Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking an Office Administrator with a focus on Human Relations and Payroll. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner with strong organizational and people skills to oversee financial processes related to payroll, benefits, compliance, office management, and some bookkeeping tasks. Responsibilities Onboarding new employees to include collecting and maintaining required employment documents. Oversee employee orientation programs, training and development. Manage employee relations by promoting a positive workplace culture aligned with employment law and Human Relations compliance standards. Supervise payroll administration using Paychex and Excel to insure accurate compensation processing and benefits administration. Ensure compliance with all employment and labor laws, OSCH regulations, worker's compensation policies and claims, FMLA requirements and other legal standards affecting Human Relations practices. QuickBooks knowledge is a plus as occasional bookkeeping duties will be required.
Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 32.0 per weekBenefits:
