Jr HR Business Partner -
USA:
For our US team, we are seeking a Jr HR Business Partner as an operational bridge between the Group's global HR strategy and the local needs of the assigned organization, ensuring consistency in HR practices, supporting local leaders, and contributing to the development of an agile, skilled, and growth-oriented organization while fostering a positive and engaging workplace environment. YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, scheduling interviews, communicating with candidates, and assisting with hiring activities. Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring completion of all required documentation and compliance with company procedures. Manage employee records and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and local labor regulations. Support payroll administration activities and post-payroll processes in collaboration with the Finance team. Assist in the administration of employee benefit programs, including health insurance, 401(k), and other employee benefit offerings. Support the review, update, and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with company standards and local labor regulations. Provide first-level HR support to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, benefits, and employee-related matters. Support the administration of people development initiatives, performance review processes, and bonus programs, including support in personnel cost budgeting activities. Coordinate training activities and support the organization of learning and development initiatives. Support employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities to foster a positive workplace environment. Prepare HR reports, metrics, and administrative documentation to support HR decision-making. Coordinate people-related services, ensuring alignment with company policies and employee satisfaction. Contribute to Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) activities and initiatives. Work closely with managers, employees, and the Group HR team, acting as a bridge between Group HR guidelines and local organizational needs.
YOUR COMPETENCIES
Basic knowledge of payroll, benefits, recruitment, and onboarding processes Understanding of HR reporting and employee data management Second language is a plus (Italian preferred) Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage confidential information with discretion Strong time management, prioritization, and teamwork skills Employee-focused and service-oriented mindset
YOUR BACKGROUND
Bachelor's degree in HR, Economics, finance or a related field. Initial experience in HR operations with the ability to navigate intercultural dynamics effectively.
