Responsibilities Develop and maintain nursing staff schedules templates in Empeon Coordinate staffing coverage to ensure adequate staffing on all shifts Calculate PPD's for nursing ratios Monitor attendance, call-outs, and overtime Communicate staffing needs and schedule changes to department leadership Maintain accurate staffing records and reports Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and orientation scheduling as needed Ensure staffing practices support facility policies and resident care needs About the Role As a Staffing Coordinator/Driver, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our nursing team to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care.
