Human Resources Manager Location:

Americus, Georgia Reports to: Director of Human Resources Build a workplace where people can do their best work Tamarack Foods is seeking a Human Resources Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations and serve as a trusted partner to employees and leaders. This role has a direct hand in how we hire, develop, support, and retain our team. You will bring sound judgment to sensitive employee matters, practical solutions to business needs, and a commitment to treating people fairly. What You'll Do Partner with leaders on staffing, retention, employee development, and succession planning. Manage recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding across the organization. Coach managers on performance feedback, employee relations, discipline, and separations. Address workplace concerns and conduct timely, thorough investigations when needed. Support benefits, leave requests, and reasonable accommodations. Review compensation and benefits trends and recommend ways to remain competitive. Coordinate required training and development through Alchemy. Oversee daily HR workflow and ensure policies are applied consistently. Maintain compliance with applicable employment laws and stay current on HR best practices. Perform other duties as assigned. What You Bring A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent experience. Three or more years of HR management experience preferred. Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills. Sound judgment, professionalism, and discretion with confidential information. Working knowledge of employment laws and HR practices. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn HR systems. SHRM-CP or

SHRM-SCP
