Job Description

The Judge Group is seeking a Human Resources Manager for a Manufacturing company in the College Park, GA area.

COMPENSATION

90k to 100k

MUST HAVE

5+ years experience working in a Manufacturing environment

MUST HAVE

An Associates or Bachelors degree

MUST HAVE

Payroll and benefits processing experience

MUST HAVE

Solid Excel experience (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Be the point of contact and Human Resources representative for the site for interviews, employee onboarding
off boarding, safety audits, etc
Support and facilitate training activities within the facility
Maintain pertinent HR documentation and coordinate with corporate
Coordinates interviews
Adhere to and identify legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting the fascility
Perform onboarding for new hires and exit interviews
Practices safe work practices
Performs facility tours and safety inspections
Investigate and document workplace accidents and process workers compensation claims
Strong Microsoft Office Proficiency including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP
Reporting Capability

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

5+ years experience working in a Manufacturing environment
An Associates or Bachelors degree
Payroll and benefits processing experience
Solid Excel experience (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP) #JDP
