A friendly, supportive atmosphere with a great leadership team Job Summary The Human Resources Director leads the facility's HR department in line with applicable federal, state, and local regulations and under the direction of the Administrator. The role makes sure quality personnel are recruited, interviewed, hired, trained, and retained. Key Responsibilities Manage recruiting, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation for all departments Maintain personnel files, licensure and certification tracking, and background check compliance Administer payroll and timekeeping processes, benefits enrollment, and leave programs Guide supervisors on employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions Coordinate required staff training and in-services Support survey readiness for personnel-related regulatory requirements Lead employee engagement and recognition programs Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred 2+ years of HR experience; healthcare or long-term care experience strongly preferred Working knowledge of employment law and healthcare personnel regulations Strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills

SHRM-CP/PHR
