St Joseph Hospital Location:
Elgin, IL Responsibilities Formulate and manages programs relative to selection, training, promotion, and other employer/employee relationships. Interviews job applicants; develops personnel record forms; adjust disputes and grievances and recommends necessary disciplinary actions; analyzes, classifies and evaluates jobs. Administers employee welfare and recreation services, and serves as an adviser to executive staff in personnel implications of policies, programs, and proposed organization changes. Qualifications Education and Work Experience Bachelor's Degree or at least 5 years of relevant experience required.

Master's Degree preferred.

At least 2 Years of Healthcare Experience required.

Must be familiar with the hospital organization; functions of various departments; pay practices and techniques, review techniques; training methods.

Familiar with the labor market for recruitment and understanding of accreditation standardsKnowledge of state and federal wage and hour laws required. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $97,656 to 136,344 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
