Human Resources Manager Location:
Bond County, IL\ Pay:
\$85,000/yr
  • \$100,000/yr, BOE We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee recruiting, employee relations, payroll, benefits, compliance, and training initiatives. This position will work closely with company leadership to support employees and drive HR strategies that contribute to organizational success. Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
  • Process payroll and administer benefits through ADP
  • Ensure compliance with Illinois labor laws and company policies
  • Support employee relations and performance management
  • Develop and lead leadership and employee training programs
  • Maintain employee records and HR documentation
  • Partner with management on HR initiatives and workforce planning
