This role is perfect for a retired or semi-retired HR professional who enjoys staying active in the field and contributing their expertise in a warm, community-oriented environment. About the Role We're looking for an HR generalist with strong hands-on experience in: Employee Relations

• providing guidance, resolving concerns, and supporting a positive workplace culture, HR Administration
• Recruiting, onboarding and policy development Payroll & Benefits Administration
• ensuring accurate processing, assisting staff with benefit questions, and coordinating with vendors Workers' Compensation
