This role requires a strategic leader who can balance business objectives with employee needs while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture. Position Responsibilities Talent Acquisition & Development Lead recruitment efforts to attract and retain top talent Develop and implement onboarding, training, and professional development programs Partner with leadership to identify future workforce needs and succession planning strategies Employee Relations & Engagement Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers on HR-related matters Promote a culture of inclusion, collaboration, and high performance Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner Compliance & Policy Management Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies Maintain up-to-date HR policies and procedures Oversee employee records and HR systems for accuracy and confidentiality Performance & Organizational Management Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback Provide guidance to managers on coaching, discipline, and employee development Support initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness and employee satisfaction Prerequisites Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred 5+ years of progressive HR experience with at least 2 years in a management role Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment law, and compliance requirements Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all organizational levels Certifications (Preferred, but not Required) SHRM-CP or
