Job Impulse is seeking a results-driven leader to manage our Flint branch, grow new business, strengthen client relationships, and lead a high-performing recruiting team. If you have staffing industry experience , a passion for sales, and a proven ability to build client partnerships, we want to hear from you! What You'll Do Develop new business through prospecting, networking, cold calling, referrals, and client visits. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Lead, coach, and develop a team of recruiters to achieve branch recruiting and sales goals. Oversee daily branch operations while ensuring outstanding customer service. Partner with recruiters to ensure open positions are filled quickly with qualified talent. Conduct client visits, business reviews, and workforce planning meetings. Monitor branch performance, recruiting activity, KPIs, and revenue goals. Identify opportunities to expand existing accounts and secure new business. Represent Job Impulse in the local business community through networking events and relationship-building opportunities. Required Qualifications Previous staffing industry experience is required. Minimum of 3 years of business-to-business (B2B) sales experience. Proven success developing new business and growing client accounts. Leadership or management experience within a staffing or recruiting environment. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to lead a team while driving branch performance and profitability. Valid driver's license and the ability to travel locally for client meetings. Preferred Qualifications Experience in light industrial staffing and workforce solutions. Experience managing recruiting KPIs and branch performance. Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms. Established business network within the Flint market. Why Join Job Impulse?
