What You'll Do as a

Human Resources Manager:

Partner with ownership and leadership on workforce planning, organizational structure, compensation, performance management, employee relations, and people strategyAdvise leaders on complex employee matters, investigations, disciplinary actions, terminations, employment law, compliance, and risk mitigationLead recruitment and onboarding efforts, including job postings, applicant screening, interviews, reference checks, job descriptions, and new hire processesAdminister FMLA and ADA processes, workers' compensation claims, unemployment matters, OSHA-related reporting support, and employment requirements for in-state and out-of-state employeesOversee employee benefits administration, annual open enrollment, health insurance renewals, COBRA, 401(k) eligibility, vendor coordination, and required benefits reportingMaintain HR policies, employee records, HRIS data, handbook updates, and payroll-related items such as garnishments and deductionsAnalyze HR trends and metrics, including turnover, absenteeism, claims, benefits utilization, and employee relations issues, to recommend improvements and support business decisions What You Need to Bring to the

Human Resources Manager Role:

Demonstrated HR experience with the ability to operate as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and ownershipStrong working knowledge of employment law, regulatory compliance, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR best practicesKnowledge of FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, unemployment, benefits, and related employment compliance requirementsHigh level of discretion, confidentiality, ethical judgment, and sound decision-makingStrong communication, relationship management, conflict resolution, and organizational skillsProficiency with HRIS platforms and standard business software, with the ability to adapt to the needs of a growing and evolving organizationAbility to travel occasionally for onboarding or other business needs and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 poundsReady to Apply?
