Career advancement opportunities As the Teammate Experience Partner you will help build an engaged, connected and high performing workforce by supporting both talent acquisition and teammate experience initiatives. You will partner closely with leaders and teammates to deliver meaningful programs that strengthen engagement, reinforce Our Values and enhance the full teammate lifecycle from attraction through retention. This role plays a critical part in shaping the everyday experience of teammates by supporting onboarding, performance conversations, recognition programs and continuous feedback loops. You will also manage full cycle recruitment to bring in talented individuals who will thrive at Ascentek. Rooted in care, partnership and service, you will help ensure our teams feel supported and empowered to succeed. Employee Experience and Engagement Develop and execute engagement initiatives that align with Ascentek's values and purpose

Advise leaders on performance management, policy interpretation and teammate relations concerns

Facilitate bi-weekly onboarding and continuously improve new hire experience programs

Implement feedback mechanisms such as surveys, listening sessions and interviews to gather insights

Analyze engagement and experience data and recommend actionable solutions

Lead recognition programs that celebrate contributions and support a positive culture

Partner with cross functional teams to address teammate needs and enhance experience initiatives

Deliver training on P&C policies, programs and best practices

Manage full cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing and extending offers

Build and maintain talent pipelines through job boards, social platforms and networking

Partner with hiring leaders to develop staffing strategies aligned with market trends

Represent Ascentek's values and culture to prospective candidates

Facilitate offer negotiations and support onboarding activities for new teammates

Ensure compliance with recruitment laws, documentation requirements and internal procedures

Maintain accurate teammate records in HRIS systems including hires, changes and terminations

Support compliance with employment laws, affirmative action and policy requirements

Education:

Bachelor's degree in human resources, organizational psychology, business administration or related field Experience and/or

Training:

3 years of experience in human resources including talent acquisition, engagement or related functions

Knowledge of engagement strategies and full cycle recruitment processes

Experience with compliance, teammate relations or organizational development

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to collaborate across all levels

Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and provide actionable recommendations

Knowledge of employment laws and EEO/Affirmative Action requirements

High level of discretion and confidentiality

Proficiency in HRIS systems such as UKG Pro and Microsoft Office Experience and/or

Training:

Experience in corporate, manufacturing or agency recruitment

Experience supporting remote teammates or multi-site locations

PHR/SPHR or equivalent certification Physical demands: Extended periods of sitting: The job primarily involves working at a computer workstation for extended periods. This requires the ability to sit for long durations while maintaining focus and productivity.

Mobility and flexibility:

Occasional movement within the office environment may be required, such as attending meetings, collaborating with colleagues, or accessing shared resources. The ability to move comfortably and navigate office spaces is necessary.

Effective verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with colleagues, employees, and external stakeholders. This includes clear and articulate conversation, as well as the ability to accurately type and input information. The anticipated hiring range for the role you are applying for is between $85,000 and $95,000 annually. This anticipated hiring range is based on several factors, and subject to increase based on the below: Experience and qualifications: The depth of relevant experience and specific skills you bring to the position.

Education and certifications: Any additional qualifications that enhance your ability to succeed in the role.
