Human Resources Manager Omaha Metro Area $80,000-$115,000 + Up to 15% Annual Bonus (BOE) Full-Time, Monday-Friday We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee daily human resources operations for a growing organization. This hands-on leadership role manages benefits, payroll, recruiting, employee relations, compliance, and HR systems while supporting managers and employees. Key Responsibilities Oversee employee benefits, open enrollment, payroll administration, timekeeping, PTO, and leave tracking. Manage recruiting, onboarding, and new hire orientation. Maintain HRIS records and ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies. Address employee relations issues and advise managers on HR practices. Coordinate HR department priorities and help develop an HR Generalist. Prepare reports on staffing, payroll, benefits, and compliance. Qualifications 5+ years of broad HR experience, including benefits and payroll. Prior HR management or team leadership experience preferred. Experience with HRIS, payroll, and timekeeping systems; Paycom experience is a plus. Strong communication, organization, and decision-making skills. Manufacturing experience and PHR or SHRM-CP certification are preferred.
