Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager to lead people operations in Fletcher, North Carolina while supporting both business goals and employee success. This position partners closely with site leadership to shape workforce plans, strengthen engagement, and build effective talent practices across the organization. The role combines high-level HR guidance with day-to-day execution and includes oversight of a small HR team responsible for key employee programs.
Responsibilities:
  • Partner with Management and leadership teams to align human resources priorities with business objectives and organizational growth plans.
  • Guide workforce planning efforts by assessing staffing needs, supporting organizational design, and helping leaders make informed talent decisions.
  • Manage and develop a team of HR professionals focused on hiring, onboarding, and employee development initiatives.
  • Oversee core HR operations, including employee relations, policy application, benefits coordination, and day-to-day HR administration.
  • Provide practical and compliant guidance on employee matters, ensuring issues are handled fairly, consistently, and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain effective HR processes, systems, and records to support reporting accuracy, policy consistency, and operational efficiency.
  • Drive employee engagement and talent development efforts that improve retention, performance, and overall organizational effectiveness.
  • Support HR budgeting, resource planning, and continuous improvement initiatives across the broader people function.
