Job Description

A growing and highly respected organization is seeking an experienced Human Resources Director to lead all aspects of HR strategy and operations. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for driving talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, performance management, benefits, compensation, training, and organizational development initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with executive leadership on HR strategy, workforce planning, employee engagement, and retention initiativesOversee employee relations, investigations, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolutionLead recruiting, onboarding, and talent management effortsAdminister compensation, benefits, leave programs, and performance management processesDevelop and implement HR policies, procedures, and training programsEnsure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment lawsPromote a positive workplace culture and support organizational growth initiativesFacilitate professional development and employee training programs
