Human Resources Business Partner

Suffern, NY (onsite)

The HRBP will serve as a strategic partner to business leaders and managers. This role is responsible for aligning HR strategies with business objectives, providing guidance on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, performance management, employee relations, and talent development. The HRBP will proactively support the leadership team in driving a high-performance culture and fostering employee engagement.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organizational goals. Provide coaching and consultation to managers on employee performance, team development, and change management. Support workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies. Lead performance management and employee development processes. Address employee relations issues, conducting investigations, as necessary. Analyze HR metrics and provide data-driven insights to support decision-making. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) in areas such as Compensation, Benefits, Learning & Development. Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention. Ensure legal compliance with employment laws and HR best practices.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred). 5-10+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably in a business partner role. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Proven ability to influence and partner with leadership at all levels. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
