Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, hiring, training, and personnel management Develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies, and procedures to promote a positive work culture Collaborate with department heads to identify and address staffing needs, develop staffing plans, and manage scheduling Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching and mentoring, and address employee issues in a fair and timely manner Ensure compliance with all federal and state regulations, as well as company policies and procedures Analyze and report on HR metrics, such as turnover rates, time-to-hire, and employee engagement Develop and manage a budget for employee engagement and recognition About the

Requirements:
