3-5 years of progressive HR experience, with exposure to behavioral health settings Demonstrated experience with regulatory personnel file audits and HR compliance oversight Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws, background check requirements, and credential tracking Experience coordinating payroll and benefits administration Strong organizational skills and the ability to build systems in a startup environment
