We serve industries worldwide, including sawmills, foundries, quarries, power plants, and recycling facilities. ACTION is currently looking for a Human Resources Manager with a passion for people!

Job duties will include:

recruiting, onboarding, performing reviews, determining compensation, administering benefits and required trainings, maintaining a safe work environment, maintain facility EHS programs, overseeing payroll, retaining talent, ensuring compliance with employment law, handling unemployment claims, worker's compensation claims, discipline and terminations and hosting employee appreciation events. Requirements Min. 3 years' experience in Human Resources management BA in Human Resources, Business, or other applicable education/experience Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Excellent organizational and record keeping skills Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality Thorough knowledge of employment-related laws and regulations Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency with the Microsoft Office environment (including Word, Excel, and Outlook) Preferred Qualifications Bilingual in English/Spanish HR experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting OSHA/Safety compliance experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting ACTION provides a full benefits package (401(k) with employer match, medical, dental, vision, vacation, holidays, life insurance and disability coverage).
