This established firm serves businesses, government entities, and individuals across a broad range of legal matters and is seeking a hands-on operations leader to oversee daily office functions, staff management, human resources, and administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Supervise legal assistants, paralegals, accounting staff, and office support personnelManage recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administrationOversee facilities, vendors, office operations, and workplace communicationsCoordinate firm events, sponsorships, CLE programs, and website updatesAssist with budgeting, operational improvements, and policy implementationProvide backup support for billing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable functions

Salary and Benefits:

The salary range for this position is between $90,000 - $125,000. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage with 100% employer-paid premiums; HSA plan with employer-paid premiums; paid time off; 10 sick days; paid parking; disability insurance; participation in a 401(k) with safe harbor contribution and profit sharing.
