Job Description

Job Overview Premium Power Services is seeking a dynamic and strategic Human Resources Manager to lead our HR initiatives and foster a positive, compliant, and high-performing workplace environment. In this role, you will oversee all facets of human resources management, including talent acquisition, the performance management system, employee relations, benefits administration, payroll, Worker's Comp, HRIS and compliance. Your energetic leadership will drive workforce development and organizational success, ensuring our HR practices align with business goals and industry standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to build on our existing company culture, enhance employee engagement, and implement innovative HR strategies that propel us forward. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent through effective sourcing channels and applicant tracking systems. Lead employee orientation programs, onboarding processes, and ongoing training & development initiatives to promote a skilled and motivated workforce. Manage performance management systems and facilitate succession planning to support career growth and organizational stability. Oversee benefits administration, payroll processing, workers' compensation claims, and compliance with employment & labor laws including
FMLA, OSHA
regulations, and HR legal standards. Implement change management processes to support organizational restructuring, policy updates, or cultural shifts while maintaining clear communication across teams. Ensure regulatory compliance management by maintaining accurate records in an HRIS platform and handle confidential information with integrity. Drive strategic planning efforts related to organization design, workforce management, affirmative action planning, and diversity initiatives to foster an inclusive workplace environment. Qualifications BS degree in HR or Business management with at least 10 years of experience in human resources management, and personnel administration. Proven ability in project management with a focus on HR sourcing, recruiting, onboarding, training & development programs. Strong knowledge of employment law in talent management as well as HR legal compliance standards across multiple jurisdictions. Proficiency in HR systems and skilled in data collection and Excel data analysis for strategic insights. Excellent communication skills for conflict management, employee relations, and fostering positive workplace culture. Ability to handle complex benefits administration tasks including workers' compensation claims and payroll processing with accuracy. Familiarity with OSHA standards, FMLA regulations, affirmative action planning, and organization design principles to support a compliant environment. Pay:
$70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
