What You'll Do As the Human Resources Manager, you will serve as a strategic partner and trusted advisor to leadership while overseeing all aspects of human resources operations. You will play a key role in cultivating a compliant, engaged, and high-performing workforce. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all Human Resources functions and HR staff

Develop, implement, and administer HR policies, programs, and best practices

Manage compensation, benefits, leave administration, and employee relations

Lead talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment for technical and manufacturing positions

Maintain and update the employee handbook and HR policies

Provide guidance and support regarding employee performance, conduct, and workplace concerns

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and federal contractor requirements

Oversee FMLA, ADA, FLSA, OFCCP, affirmative action, and related compliance programs

Support and align HR initiatives with the company's Quality Management System

Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements that support organizational goals

Coordinate employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and company events What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

5+ years of progressive Human Resources management experience, preferably within a federal contractor environment

Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements

Experience managing compensation, benefits, leave programs, and employee relations

Proven success recruiting for technical, engineering, manufacturing, or other specialized roles

Strong leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills

Ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and work independently

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR information systems

Ability to lift up to 10 pounds Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR)

Experience supporting multi-state and/or international operations
