Job Description

Confidential Skilled Nursing Facility in beautiful Richboro, PA is hiring for a Human Resources Director.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist with internal and external HR related inquiries and requests. Maintain employee records and complete payroll functions of the facility. Assist with the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing background checks, scheduling interviews, providing in-services in corporate compliance mandates. Perform orientations and update records of new and current staff. Support other assigned functions. Control and organize the staffing of all nursing staff in the facility.

Requirements:
