Duties Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support organizational growth, including talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce development. Lead talent sourcing efforts utilizing HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP, and Kronos to attract top candidates and streamline recruitment processes. Oversee employee orientation programs, training & development initiatives, and performance management systems to enhance employee engagement and productivity. Manage employee relations by addressing conflicts, conducting misconduct investigations, and fostering an inclusive environment aligned with Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) standards. Ensure compliance with employment & labor law, HR legal regulations, workers' compensation policies, FMLA regulations, and other regulatory requirements through rigorous program management. Supervise HR teams in managing human capital management activities including benefits administration, payroll processing, HRIS data analysis, and process improvements. Lead change management efforts by designing organization structures, optimizing processes, and supporting leadership in strategic planning initiatives aimed at organizational effectiveness. Skills Strong negotiation skills paired with excellent communication abilities to influence stakeholders at all levels. Proven experience in supervising human resources teams with a focus on talent management and employee relations management. Deep understanding of employment law in talent management, HR legal compliance, and employee evaluation techniques. Expertise in HR sourcing strategies, recruitment processes including interviewing techniques, and onboarding procedures. Proficiency with HR systems such as Oracle

HCM, SAP

SuccessFactors, ADP, Kronos for data collection, analysis, and reporting purposes. Skilled in conflict management, program management, change management practices, and strategic thinking in HR leadership roles. Ability to handle confidential information with integrity while demonstrating strong presentation skills for executive reporting. Pay:

$100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
