Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Training Manager to lead our human resources and manufacturing training initiatives. This pivotal role involves delivering comprehensive training programs that enhance employee skills, support talent management, and promote continuous professional growth within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Job Scope:
The Training Manager is responsible for the end-to-end skills needs assessment execution, development of a plan, and facilitating implementation for management of all workforce training. This role ensures that both exempt and non- exempt employees possess the Process technical proficiency, Safety compliance, product Quality, and operational knowledge required to thrive in a high-volume solar cell manufacturing environment. This position delivers training leveraging internal and external expertise in a productive manner. You will serve as the primary architect for training plans, bridging the gap between current skill levels, and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Skill Needs Assessments & Planning 
Needs Analysis:
 Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify competency gaps across all facility levels. 
Stakeholder Collaboration:
 Partner with managers, supervisors, and engineers to align training with plant KPIs and ISO standards. 
Strategic Roadmaps:
 Develop and maintain a facility-wide training plan that includes functional contribution training, specialized technical skills, and certifications. 2. Management-Level Training (Leadership & Compliance) 
Supervisor Onboarding:
 Design and facilitate transition programs for new supervisors to ensure they understand production workflows and safety leadership.  Charter 3 Level Management training: Design and implement a3-tierlevel program to train and develop1 st , 2 nd , and 3 rd level managers toward improved overall effectiveness 
Performance Mentoring:
 Train management in coaching techniques, "train-the-trainer" best practices, and effective performance auditing. 
Compliance Leadership:
 Ensure leadership is updated on the latest OSHA regulations, ISO requirement, and Solar industry standards(awareness of product and process). 3. Hourly-Level Training (Technical & Operational) 
Technical Onboarding:
 Frequently assess hands-on training for new hires  On-the-Job (OJT)
Support:
 Deliver assessments and review outcome to improve training materials by partnering with Trainers to verify classroom understanding on the floor. 
Cross-Training:
 Identify gaps across shifts for exempt and non-exempt training compared to the site training plan 4. Documentation & Compliance 
Records Management:
 Maintain accurate, audit-ready training registers and matrices using a Learning Management System (LMS)or equivalent. 
Continuous Improvement:
 Monitor training feedback and benchmark against Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to refine instructional or training materials. 
Site BCP Coordinator:
Formulate, review, and implement BCP.  Establishment of a PDCA thought process  IMS (Integrated Management System) compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO45001are integrated
Education & Experience:
 Bachelor's or equivalent degree in Human Resource Management and/or Organizational Development  Manufacturing cross-functional training experience for more than8years  Multi-cultural work environment  Stakeholder collaboration skills  Strong systems thinker and able to lead groups of people at different levels for training and capability building  High Performance team development (all levels)
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
 Proficiency in MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)  Strong presentation skills  Train the Trainer  Customer focused  Self-starter with strong work ethics, positive attitude, and strong attention to detail.  Strong communication(both written and oral), interpersonal, and organizational skills.  Knowledge of ISO and regulatory standards  Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.  Proven ability to manage projects and work with cross-functional teams. Pay:
$70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
