We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to support the launch and ongoing operations of our Fayetteville facility. This role will lead HR activities while serving as a strategic and hands-on partner to plant leadership, Corporate Human Resources, supervisors, and employees. The HR Manager will help build a safe, inclusive, and high-performing workplace by leading workforce planning, recruitment, employee relations, training, performance management, compliance, and employee engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities Establish and administer HR processes, policies, and programs for the facility. Partner with plant and corporate leadership to align HR strategies with business and operational goals. Develop workforce plans to support plant start-up, growth, and ongoing operations. Lead recruitment, hiring, onboarding, and talent pipeline development for hourly, skilled trades, supervisory, and salaried positions. Build relationships with staffing agencies, schools, workforce organizations, and community partners. Coach managers and supervisors on employee relations, attendance, performance management, policy interpretation, and leadership practices. Address employee concerns, conduct investigations, and recommend appropriate corrective action. Promote consistent and fair application of company policies. Support employee engagement, retention, communication, and organizational development. Coordinate new-hire orientation, compliance training, job-specific training, and leadership development. Administer performance management processes and support managers with goal setting and employee feedback. Partner with Corporate Human Resources on compensation, benefits, payroll, and other HR programs. Maintain accurate HRIS data, personnel files, employee records, and required documentation. Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws and company policies. Partner with Environmental, Health, and Safety leadership to support workplace safety, workers' compensation, incident reporting, and return-to-work processes. Monitor workforce metrics and provide reports and recommendations to plant and corporate leadership. Support succession planning, career development, and front-line leadership development. Represent the company at job fairs, recruiting events, and community activities. Maintain confidentiality of employee, compensation, and business information. Supervise HR staff, as applicable, including assigning work, providing coaching, conducting evaluations, and supporting hiring decisions. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and five or more years of HR management experience; or eight to ten or more years of progressive HR management experience in lieu of a degree. Experience in a manufacturing, plant, distribution, or operations-focused environment preferred. Strong knowledge of employee relations, recruitment, performance management, training, compensation, benefits, HR compliance, and HRIS administration. Experience supporting plant start-up, expansion, or growth preferred. Strong communication, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated ability to coach leaders, resolve sensitive issues, and build trust at all levels. Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
