unlocks insight at unequaled scale, from every data packet to the broadest view of global internet traffic, so the world's essential organizations can solve problems faster, constantly transform their digital ecosystems, secure what matters - and stay unstoppable for a world that relies on them every second Human Resources Business Partner We are currently searching for a Human Resources Business Partner for the Research and Development Organization, reporting to the Director of Human Resources for the US/Canada and LATM based in our Allen TX office 5 days per week. In this role you will serve as a consultant to the business, communicating needs proactively with our HR department and business management and developing integrated solutions. The position formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service that reflects the business objectives of the organization.
Basic Qualifications/Skills:
Act as a trusted advisor, change agent, and key influencer to the R D/Engineering Leadership team and larger organization
Develop and maintain strong partnerships with all levels of the organization including executives, business partners, peers and all employees
Develop and support the rollout and execution of HR programs and initiatives
Responsible for site HR support to multiple US Offices (Allen TX, Colorado Springs CO, San Jose CA and Ann Arbor, MI) and Senior leadership, managing the full employee life cycle including, but not limited to, performance reviews coaching, career development, workforce planning, career pathing, employee relations and investigations.
Partner with:
Director, Human Resources on HR strategy and implementation
Executives and NETSCOUT's L&D Organization to drive collaboration, inclusion, culture and engagement practices across the entire organization
Talent Acquisition Team to support hiring efforts
Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resources federal and state requirements
Develop, analyze and deliver end-to-end human capital solutions that advance the business strategy and goals
Other activities as assigned
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
Bachelor's degree in business, Human Resource Management, or related field of study
SHPR or SHRM-CP Preferred but not required
7-10 years of progressive business partnership experience; experience working for a U.S. multinational, technology company is preferred
Demonstrated ability to analyze large volumes of data quickly and accurately using Excel skills and AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot to generate meaningful business data
Experience working with cross functional teams in a matrixed environment
Experience in a start-up environment is advantageous
Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, under stress and within time constraints
Ability to make independent decisions and uses sound judgement
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to multi-task under pressure and meet critical deadlines in a fast-moving environment
Demonstrated experience consulting with and advising senior business leaders
Accustomed to a customer focused, business partnering environment
Experience with Workday HRIS system
