Full-Time Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead and oversee all aspects of the Human Resources function. This role is responsible for aligning people strategies with business objectives, driving operational excellence, fostering a positive workplace culture, and ensuring the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent. The ideal candidate is a hands-on HR leader with a strong background in talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, compliance, and workforce planning. This position serves as a trusted advisor to executive leadership and plays a critical role in shaping a high-performing and inclusive work environment. Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources Strategy Develop and execute HR strategies that support organizational goals and long-term growth. Partner with executive leadership on workforce planning, talent initiatives, and organizational effectiveness. Drive continuous improvement of HR processes, policies, and programs. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding Lead recruitment strategies to attract, hire, and retain high-quality talent. Oversee the end-to-end hiring process and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. Establish and enhance onboarding programs that support employee integration and success. Employee Engagement & Culture Foster a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture. Develop initiatives that improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Promote recognition programs and employee well-being initiatives. Performance Management Design and manage performance evaluation frameworks, goal-setting processes, and career development programs. Support managers in driving accountability, employee growth, and succession planning. Implement strategies that enhance individual and organizational performance. Learning & Development Create and oversee training programs that strengthen employee capabilities and leadership readiness. Identify skill gaps and implement targeted development initiatives. Support professional growth through coaching, mentoring, and career pathing. Compensation & Benefits Manage compensation structures, benefits programs, and reward strategies. Ensure competitiveness, equity, and compliance with applicable regulations. Analyze market trends and recommend enhancements when appropriate. Employee Relations Serve as a trusted resource for employees and leadership on workplace matters. Address employee concerns, conflict resolution, and policy interpretation professionally and confidentially. Promote positive employee relations and workplace collaboration. Compliance & Risk Management Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies. Maintain up-to-date HR policies, procedures, and employee records. Mitigate organizational risk through proactive HR governance and best practices. Organizational Development Support change management, workforce planning, and succession planning initiatives. Partner with business leaders to strengthen organizational effectiveness and talent readiness. Drive initiatives that support sustainable growth and operational excellence. Success Measures Success in this role will be measured by: Recruitment and talent acquisition effectiveness Employee engagement and retention outcomes Performance management and employee development results Compliance with employment laws and organizational policies Organizational culture and employee satisfaction Training and development program effectiveness Qualifications Required Experience 8 to 10 years of progressive Human Resources leadership experience. Demonstrated success in talent management, employee engagement, organizational development, and workforce planning. Strong understanding of employment law, HR compliance, and best practices. Proven leadership, project management, and change management capabilities. Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization. High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality. Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Professional HR certification such as SHRM-SCP, SPHR, or equivalent is highly desirable.
