Human Resource Manager Job Description Reports To:
Director of Human Resources Safety Expectations Spartan Companies, LLC desires to maintain a strong and effective safety culture. At a minimum it is expected that each employee will understand and effectively utilize Stop Work Authority, comply with all applicable safety rules, regulations and policies, report all incidents (no matter how minor) immediately, participate in Job Safety Analysis discussions, submit weekly safety observations and express gratitude when others prevent you from performing unsafe behaviors or work activities. Description VP Business Support One of the most important tasks of a Human Resource Manager is to assist the VP of Business Services in all job functions laid out by the VP. Anything the VP requests should take priority over your day to day tasks outlined below. As a Human Resource Manager, you are also responsible to report on job interface between the field and VP. This position will have full accountability to develop, manage, and implement human resource programs and guidelines for recruitment, employee management, and engagement, learning and development, and procedures and policies to fulfill both workflows needs and corporate requirements. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Human Resources management, business administration, or a related field.
Five years' experience in human resource field
Strong sense of Ethics
Strong communication Skills
Ability to motivate others
Knowledge and expertise in HR with a firm educational foundation regarding the functions of human resources
Engaging presentation skills
Leadership abilities

Responsibility and Accountability

$70,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
