Part-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Manassas, VA | In-Person | Monday-Thursday, 4:00-7:00 PM $74-$94/hour + Paid Administrative Time | W-2 About the Position We are seeking a part-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinic-based team in Manassas, Virginia. This position is ideal for a BCBA looking for a predictable part-time schedule, concentrated clinical hours, and paid time for necessary administrative work . Our primary clinic hours are Monday through Thursday from 4:00-7:00 PM, allowing you to maintain a consistent schedule without a traditional full-time caseload. Additional morning and weekend hours are available for BCBAs interested in expanding their schedule. You will work collaboratively with experienced therapists, families, and other professionals to provide high-quality, individualized ABA services to children and adolescents with autism and other developmental disabilities. Schedule Primary hours:
Monday-Thursday, 4:00-7:00
PM Location:
In-person clinic in Manassas, VA Predictable part-time evening schedule Additional morning and weekend hours are available Paid administrative/non-billable time Responsibilities As a BCBA, you will: Conduct assessments and develop individualized, clinically appropriate treatment plans. Provide ongoing clinical oversight of ABA programming and make data-driven treatment modifications. Develop and monitor behavior intervention plans and skill-acquisition programs. Supervise, train, and provide feedback to behavior technicians implementing treatment plans. Conduct regular parent and caregiver meetings to review progress, address concerns, and provide individualized recommendations and caregiver training. Analyze client data and adjust treatment recommendations based on progress and clinical need. Collaborate with families, caregivers, therapists, and other professionals involved in the client's care. Complete treatment plans, session documentation, supervision documentation, and other required clinical records. Maintain documentation in accordance with payer requirements, HIPAA, and professional standards. Promote ethical, compassionate, and evidence-based ABA services.
Qualifications Required:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis and evidence-based treatment practices Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to provide effective clinical supervision and constructive staff feedback Ability to collaborate effectively with families and interdisciplinary teams Commitment to ethical, individualized, and compassionate ABA services
Preferred:
5+ years of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder or other developmental disabilities Previous experience supervising behavior technicians Experience providing parent/caregiver training Safety-Care certification or willingness to obtain certification Compensation $74-$94/hour , based on BCBA experience and qualifications Paid administrative/non-billable time (Compensation for required documentation, meetings, and other approved administrative responsibilities) W-2 employment
