HR Business Partner 📍 Virginia Beach, VA | 🏢 Onsite $ 95K-105K Ready to take a seat at the leadership table? Our client is looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to partner with senior leaders, drive employee engagement, influence workforce strategy, and support a growing international organization.

What You Bring:

✔ Bachelor's Degree ✔ 5+ years of HR experience ✔ Experience partnering with senior leadership ✔ Strong employee relations, coaching, and problem-solving skills ✔ Experience with workforce planning, talent management, and HR analytics

Advise leaders on people strategy and organizational effectiveness
