Job:

Manage the full employee relations lifecycle including intake, investigations, and disciplinary actions. Build relationships with managers and leaders across the company and sites around Northern Virginia. Track and manage Leave of Absence requests and documentation. Provide recommendations for policies and procedures, supporting implementation across the organization. Manage a small team of HR support members. Support special projects and initiatives across the HR team and organization.

About You:

A bachelors degree is preferred but not required. 5+ years of hands-on employee relations experience is required. Proactive team player with a keen attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate across departments. Tech-savvy with experience utilizing HRIS (Workday preferred, but not required). About the

• 130K salary (DOE) Comprehensive and generous benefits package.
