About the Position We are looking for a hands-on HR Manager to oversee and support our Recruitment, Credentialing/HR, and Staffing teams. This position will help ensure that we are hiring the right caregivers, completing onboarding and credentialing properly, supporting our employees, and maintaining an organized and dependable staffing process. The HR Manager will also supervise approximately six team members and work closely with company leadership. Responsibilities Lead and support the Recruitment, HR/Credentialing, and Staffing teams. Oversee caregiver recruitment, onboarding, credentialing, and employee records. Conduct new-hire orientation and coordinate required training and skills verification. Monitor caregiver hiring, placement, staffing gaps, and open shifts. Make sure company policies, SOPs, and compliance requirements are followed. Coach team members and address performance or accountability concerns. Assist with employee relations and escalate complex HR matters when needed. Review department performance and identify ways to improve hiring, staffing, retention, and workflow. Maintain confidentiality of employee, applicant, client, and company information. Qualifications 1-2+ years of experience in HR, recruitment, staffing, scheduling, healthcare administration, or a related field. Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills. Comfortable supervising employees and providing feedback. Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong follow-through, problem-solving, and judgment. Dependable, proactive, coachable, and willing to grow with the company. Preferred Home care, home health, senior care, or healthcare staffing experience. Previous supervisory or team-lead experience. Washington CNA or HCA credential. Experience with AxisCare or similar software. Experience with caregiver recruitment or credentialing. Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is compassionate but also accountable . You should be comfortable working in a growing local business where leaders are hands-on, solve problems, support their teams, and sometimes wear more than one hat. You do not need years of corporate HR management experience. We are open to someone with strong leadership potential who is ready to learn, take ownership, and grow with the company. Compensation & Benefits $22.00-$25.00/hour based on experience. Paid time off. Washington State paid sick leave. Washington Paid Family & Medical Leave eligibility. Paid training.
