Job Description

Job Summary

STS Aviation Services in Ireland is hiring Human Resources Managers in Northern Spain.

Skillset:

Human Resources and Office Administration

Schedule:

Manage all HR related matters with regards to maintenance operation in northern Spain

Manage recruitment and assist with payroll and tax compliance

Administer all matters related to Human Resources, in line with Spanish regulations

Reporting to Project Manager and General Manager

Requirements:

An above average ability to communicate in Spanish and English languages, both written and spoken

Relevant qualifications at a diploma or higher level in Human Recourses from a Spanish institute

Ability to demonstrate a full understanding of the labour laws, tax laws and other regulations with respect to Span and EU labour compliance

Willingness to work in a changing/developing environment where tam work is a must

Preferred:

Previous aerospace experience in Spain
