Job Overview Greentree Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Human Resources Manager to support various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of human resources policies. This role is essential for fostering a positive workplace environment and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This position is responsible for ensuring that our core values of CAPLICO are felt and understood on the floor! Duties Assist in talent acquisition processes, including recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees. Support employee orientation programs to facilitate smooth transitions for new hires. Maintain employee records and data entry, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Collaborate with IDT team members on performance management initiatives and employee evaluations. Handle employee relations matters, addressing concerns and facilitating conflict management as needed. Utilize Indeed and Workday for recruitment processes.. Ensure compliance with employment & labor laws, OSHA regulations, and FMLA guidelines. Be in charge of Culture Committee and instilling the core values into the building Facilitate staff engagement activities Requirements Proven experience in human resources management or administrative roles; familiarity with HR sourcing techniques is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with employees at all levels. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
