$70,000 - $80,000 per year Job Details - Our client is seeking a hands-on Human Resources Manager to lead day-to-day HR operations and support employees across multiple locations. This role will oversee recruiting, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and other HR initiatives while partnering closely with employees and leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities Serve as a primary resource for employee relations and workplace matters Oversee performance management and support managers with employee development Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and HR best practices Maintain HRIS data, reporting, and employee documentation Support payroll, benefits, and other day-to-day HR operations Partner with leadership across multiple locations on HR initiatives and workforce needs

Requirements:

3-5+ years of progressive Human Resources experience Strong employment law and HR compliance knowledge Full-cycle recruiting experience Employee relations and performance management experience HRIS and reporting experience Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field OR substantial relevant experience in lieu of degree

Preferred:
