Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies that support organizational objectives and promote workforce development. Lead talent acquisition efforts by managing HR sourcing, recruiting processes, and onboarding programs to attract top talent. Oversee employee orientation, training & development programs, and performance management initiatives to foster continuous growth. Manage employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment through effective communication skills. Administer benefits programs, payroll processing, workers' compensation claims, and FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) compliance to ensure employee well-being. Ensure regulatory compliance management across employment & labor law, OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) standards, HR legal compliance, and affirmative action planning. Utilize HR systems such as ADP and Visual VTA for data collection, analysis (Excel data analysis), and personnel administration. Support project management initiatives related to organization design, succession planning, workforce management, and strategic planning efforts. Handle confidential information with integrity while maintaining accurate data entry and HR documentation. Experience Minimum five years experience as human resources manager in a manufacturing environment Minimum of ten years experience within a human resource department taking on roles with ever increasing responsibilities A bachelors degree in HR or related subject and SHRM certification. Extensive background in recruiting, personnel administration, benefits administration, and employee evaluation processes Familiarity with HR systems including ADP and Visual VTA or equivalent platforms for data entry and analysis. Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while ensuring regulatory compliance. Excellent communication skills coupled with conflict management abilities to foster positive employee relations. Pay:

$75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
