Culver Franchising System , LLC is looking for a Senior Director of Human Resources to lead and advance the talent development, engagement and employment enrichment programs for Culver Franchising System. This person will oversee the functions, team and programs aimed at the full spectrum of the team member lifecycle including recruiting, growth and development, team member relations and inclusion, engagement, retention and performance optimization. The individual will be responsible to demonstrate and promote Culver's core values and culture.
If you are someone who:
Has a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred. Has 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience, including significant leadership responsibility, with at least 7 years of people leadership experience managing managers and/or professional HR teams. Has demonstrated experience developing and executing HR strategies that support business objectives in a multi-site, high-growth, or complex organizational environment. Possesses strong business acumen with experience partnering directly with senior executives and influencing organizational decisions. Has strong analytical capabilities with the ability to leverage workforce data to inform strategic decision-making. Is SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CCP, or equivalent senior-level HR certified, preferred. Starting Pay Range:
$150,000-$180,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
Classification:
Exempt/Salary, full-time position. This role includes a generous incentive bonus based on business results and individual success. We also offer workplace flexibility including flexible work hours and a hybrid work model.
