Job Overview HealthWays, Inc. is accepting applications for a Full-Time Human Resource Director at the Main Building located at 501 Colliers Way, Weirton, WV 26062.This position requires a bachelor's degree in Business Administration and/or Human Resources Management from a regionally accredited college or university. The preferred candidate must have two years previous work experience in human resource management in a healthcare setting. The HR Director will handle the day to day HR supporting tasks and responsibilities and serve as a confidant to the CEO and managers to help support and guide them on people initiatives and a trusted partner to all team members. Job Duties include recruitment, orientation, worker's compensation, unemployment benefits administration, employee disciplines, etc. This position requires excellent written and verbal communication.
