We are looking for an Experienced staffer who is

BILINGUAL

to join our team in Goodyear! We have both Spanish speaking clients and caregivers, so we need someone who is fluent in Spanish/English to conduct visits and explain documents with ease. We are a small office and work more as a family. We are looking for someone to match our energy and join the team! The Staffing Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining the client and caregiver relationship and ultimately helps provide a "best in home care" experience for clients and employees.

Responsibilities:

Staffing Coordinators develop and maintain the client care plan, creating extraordinary client experiences and communicating with clients, families, care partners and referral sources. Schedulers play the integral role in interfacing with caregiver staff in ensuring the proper caregiver and client match. Ensures that all referrals are received in an accurate, detailed manner and are properly handled. Performs various supervisory activities for scheduling appropriate caregivers to clients. Performs other office coordination duties. Plays an integral role in interfacing with clients and families to ensure safe, appropriate and meaningful care is being provided. Serves as a mentor to caregivers and supports their care delivery. Maintains a calm, positive demeanor at all times and is able to effectively multitask in a high functioning office environment. The ideal Staffing Coordinator has prior experience working in the home care industry or medical office setting. Assists with sales, marketing, and public relations efforts Assists with recruiting Conducting in person supervisory visits (West Valley)

Requirements:

Staffing Coordinators must be able to work independently, demonstrating sound judgment. Be available as required for on-call duty outside of normal office hours. Have a valid driver's license and use of insured automobile. High school graduate or equivalent with at least one year of business experience.

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour
