Argus Medical provides comprehensive billing and managements services which include contracting, credentialing, HR services, accounting, etc. to support Physicians in private practice. We are seeking a Full-Time Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Cypress, CA .

Pay:
$37.00-40.00/hr Position Description This position will primarily focus on new hire onboarding/orientation, compliance training and carrying out responsibilities in the following functional areas: leaves of absence, benefit administration and reconciliation as well as employment law compliance. The ideal candidate must be able to maintain strict confidentiality, be a quick learner, detail-oriented, and have experience working independently. The role also requires strong professional skills in general organization and task management, oral and written communication, and time management. Key Responsibilities/Essential Functions Organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience Handle all administrative tasks for onboarding and new hire orientation, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance Manage benefits administration to include auditing and reconciling vendors invoices, claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment, and communicating benefit information to employees Effectively coordinate all Leaves of Absence cases to include general administration, comprehensive case management and program compliance with the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), California Family Rights Act (CFRA) and all related employment laws Counsel employees about workers compensation benefits including claim process, medical treatment, disability and return-to-work Ensure legal compliance of HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required Other duties as assigned Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage several projects simultaneously while working under pressure 3+ years' experience in Human Resources Ability to handle sensitive employee and company information with the highest level of confidentiality and discretion Strong sense of ethics, morals, sensitivity and confidentiality Proficient with Microsoft Office and ADP Workforce Now Knowledge of principles and practices of human resources Must possess superior organizational skills and be able to prioritize and work simultaneously on several projects Tech savvy and possess a capability to quickly learn new applications We offer competitive pay and benefits program, including: medical, dentalvision coverage, vacationsick leave, 401(k), paid holidays and more.
