General business hours, with flexibility as needed Salary 90K - 120K We are seeking a true Personal/Executive Assistant/House Manager to support a music industry talent based in East Los Angeles. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, proactive, and experienced in managing the day-to-day needs of a busy principal juggling work obligations alongside personal life. Someone comfortable overseeing all facets of their world, from household to wardrobe to travel and business. While there is growth within the role, we are truly seeing someone who enjoys being the right hand as this assistant role. As the relation ship evolves, there is opportunity to travel for work needs. The most important part right now of this position is to come in and set up systems and create a seamless day to day life. Seeking someone who is extremely discreet, is low ego and open to the exciting and the mundane parts of the role. Responsibilities Household Management Oversee day-to-day house management, including routine pest control and extermination services. Source, schedule, and supervise housekeepers, laundry and dry cleaning services, and handymen. Manage vehicle maintenance, registration renewals, and parking/traffic citation resolution. Keep kitchen, personal, and household essentials fully stocked. Personal Care, Health & Lifestyle Coordinate and track primary care, specialist (e.g., OB-GYN), dental, and routine medical appointments. Book and maintain recurring hair, nail, spray tan, and aesthetic appointments. Manage fridge inventory, routine grocery stocking, and meal procurement/delivery. Maintain an optimized, accessible closet and wardrobe system. Styling & Wardrobe Management Serve as the direct point of contact with the styling team to coordinate event and performance looks. Catalog confirmed looks by photo, brief the Principal on daily/event attire, and prep required undergarments. Unbox, catalog, and organize incoming PR packages; manage regular donation of unused items. Handle online and in-store returns for personal purchases, wardrobe pulls, and home goods within return windows. Travel & Daily Administrative Support Maintain the master calendar and serve as the primary operational link to the Family Office. Deliver a short daily briefing (text or call) covering schedule, weather, outfits, and pending action items. Manage end-to-end travel logistics, monitor passport validity, build custom packing lists, and handle packing/unpacking. Track incoming packages, process mail, and manage personal correspondence, including thank-you notes. Maintain the physical and digital media archive, set up media tracking alerts, and print articles for the file. Source, purchase, wrap, and send personal gifts for family, friends, VIPs, and industry contacts. Anticipate daily needs, resolve logistical bottlenecks, and execute with high attention to detail. Shared PA / Family Office Responsibilities Serve as point of contact for roommates and the landlord, managing group communications. Jointly audit and align calendars with the Family Office to prevent double-bookings. Participate in weekly alignment check-ins with the Family Office. Manage end-to-end logistics for the Principal's public appearances, including guest ticketing and credentials. Requirements 5+ years of experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, House Manager, or similar private-service role. Exceptional organization, time management, and attention to detail. Highly proactive and resourceful, with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems independently.

$90,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
