In this vital role, you will serve as a key partner in managing human capital processes, fostering a positive employee experience, and supporting organizational growth. Your energetic approach will help implement HR programs, ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, and promote a thriving workplace culture. This position offers an exciting opportunity to influence all facets of human resources, from talent acquisition to employee relations, payroll to filing. Duties Lead talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various job boards, conducting pre-screening interviews to attract top talent for our various locations in 3 states. Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated smoothly into the organization. Administer benefits programs and manage benefits administration processes using platforms like ADP to ensure accurate data entry and employee support. Handle employee relations issues with professionalism, employing conflict management skills to resolve concerns effectively while maintaining a positive work environment. Ensure compliance with OSHA and safety standards and employment law regulations such as FMLA (Family and Medical Leave Act) planning requirements. Maintain accurate HRIS (Human Resources Information System) records using systems like ADP WFN for data collection, reporting, and strategic planning purposes. Assist with workers' compensation claims processing work reemployability programs. Assist with ensuring paper files and electronic files are in alignment. Qualifications Proven experience in human resources or related administrative roles with a strong understanding of human capital management principles. Previous ADP Knowledge. Familiarity with HR sourcing tools such as Indeed, ZipRecruiter for recruitment activities. Experience with recruiting for Class A drivers highly preferred. Knowledge of employment & labor law compliance including OSHA regulations and FMLA requirements. Experience working with HRIS platforms such as ADP WFN is highly desirable. Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in data collection and entry tasks. Pay:
